Next Stop Earth Next Stop Earth is a custom Mapbox-based app designed to help travelers discover handpicked points of interest around the world. The platform makes it easy to find and navigate remarkable places on Earth and provides inspiration for trip planning.

CHALLENGE This platform was a passion project for our client, so the main challenge was aligning his vision with our capabilities and building everything from scratch - brand identity, smooth UX, custom UI, all while making use of advanced Mapbox’ features. The goal was to create an engaging app that combines educational content with the joy of exploration, while also making space to monetize it through dynamic ads and attracting businesses interested in showing up on the platform.

SOLUTION We built an easy-to-navigate app with key features like: a complex search and filtering system, dynamic, categorized POI markers, and an “Explore” section filled with handpicked destination collections. The client was thrilled with the result and is now filling the platform with content, and looking for investors to develop it further.

MY ROLE I led the UX design for the app, ran discovery workshops, and supported the UI design phase.
